Just a reminder for families that HPS is a nut free and scent friendly school. Some students have been bringing lunch items that contain nuts, please do not send anything with nuts.
We also ask that students do not wear strong smelling perfumes/cologne/deodorant etc. to school
Thank you for your understanding.
HPS Choir is Back!
We’re kicking off our first meeting and sign-ups for the school choir next week—and this year, it’s open to Grades 1–8!
If your child loves to sing, encourage them to join us! Rehearsals will be during the lunch hour (they’ll give up a bit of recess time, but it’ll be worth it!).
We can’t wait to raise our voices and make music together again!
—Mrs. Dyck, Mr. Elliott & Mrs. Schick
**This year we did not send out the driving forms with the verification package.
If parents are planning to drive for extra curricular activities and take other students you need to have a Criminal Record Check that is up to date & fill out a driver’s authorization transportation form at the office.
You cannot drive other students to events unless you have these up to date and the organizing coach is aware. As a parent you are always welcome to drive your own student to events and come to watch.
